Zoie Hawker is a Jupiter, Florida local. She came from a background that instilled the values of hard work and determination from an early age. Her parents founded Seahawke Rigging, a yacht rigging company, which taught her the importance of perseverance and ambition.
She recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Urban & Regional Planning from University of Florida. During her college journey, Zoie delved into the intricate world of housing and public policy, gaining a profound understanding of how government policies and economic forces shape the real estate market. It was here that her fascination with real estate was ignited.
Her path to real estate wasn't purely academic. She completed two commercial real estate internships during her college years, specializing in multifamily assets. The opportunity to bring families into their dream homes and cultivate lasting relationships with clients captured her heart. Thus, upon graduating, Zoie decided to channel her passion into residential real estate. She is extremely hard working and dependable, striving to excel at anything she puts her mind to. Zoie always puts in her full time and effort to get something done. Her goal is to make an impact, and she loves working with others and as part of a team. Zoie’s positive attitude and ability to motivate others is what sets her apart!

She has a passion for traveling and traveled on a ship in college to twelve different countries which really opened her eyes to other cultures and environments around the world.
