About Ashley
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, California, Ashley Koehler moved to Jupiter, Florida in 2012 after she fell in love with the coastal area and decided that it was the perfect location to raise a family. From a young age, Ashley had a love for sports, and she earned a scholarship to play Division I softball at Stony Brook University in Long Island, New York. After college, she had a successful career working at a Direct Mail Marketing company in Los Angeles before moving to Florida.
Ashley has had a unique experience in the Sports and Entertainment industry as her husband is a former Major League Baseball player. Throughout her husband’s career, Ashley has traveled around the country, constantly moving and settling in different areas, which has allowed her to learn firsthand about real estate transactions from start to finish. She understands the stresses that can arise in buying, selling, and renting homes, and it has led her to pursue a real estate career, so she can help others during one of the biggest decisions they make in their lives. Ashley loves the South Florida area with its beaches, waterways, golf courses, and year-round summers, and it is her passion to help others find their piece of paradise in the area!
Ashley knows what it is like to be a teammate — whether it was in her own athletic career or in being a baseball wife — and she has an excellent ability to roll with any situation that presents itself. Her easy-going, personable nature shines through in her personality, as well as her attention to detail and exceptional creativity.
After meeting Holly Meyer Lucas while their husbands played baseball together in Miami, Ashley knew that if she was to pursue her longstanding interest in real estate, she would want to be involved in her team. In 2020, Ashley joined the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, an award-winning, top-producing team that strives to flawlessly execute transactions and negotiate with honesty, integrity, and confidence. With her background, Ashley fits right into the Meyer Lucas Group, providing high-quality experiences and treating every client like a VIP.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History with a minor in Studio Art from Stony Brook University. When she is not working hard to make moves for her clients, she is spending time with her husband and two daughters, exercising, dining out, and enjoying the Jupiter lifestyle, paddle boarding and golfing. Ashley and her husband also run a wine Instagram account in their spare time.
