About Joe
Joe Vesce was born in Huntington, NY and his family relocated to the Treasure Coast when he was young. Growing up he had a passion for helping people which led him to Indian River State College where he graduated with a degree in Fire Science and Emergency Medical Services. This launched his career in Public Safety. He’s also been a Captain for a local fire department for 10+ years.
Since the start of his career, in addition to his role as a Public Safety hero, Joe has worked with residential renovations and construction, investment properties and in the remediation and restoration industry. 10 years ago he started to acquire investment properties, which started his interest in real estate. He naturally found himself wanting to be more involved helping others with their real estate journey. He loves the people he’s met and the relationships that he's built along the way.
Joe is a great real estate agent because he holds himself to a high level of integrity and determination. By default, his clients know with full confidence that he has their best interest at heart. His background in renovations and remediations sets him apart from other real estate agents simply due to the knowledge and skill set that comes from that experience. His attention to detail and awareness of “red flags” is essential in the home vetting process.

When he’s not selling homes you can find Joe living his best South Florida life in the Tequesta community where he resides with his wife Morgan. He loves spending time on the water fishing and diving, taking golden hour boat cruises, mountain biking at Jonathan Dickinson State Park, fostering dogs and volunteering for Mutty Paws - a local dog rescue.
