About Stephanie

Stephanie Quirantes is a Florida native born on the Florida State University campus and raised in Miami. A die hard Seminole, she was drawn back to Tallahassee for college at FSU where she studied biochemistry and nutrition and earned a bachelor’s degree in nutrition science. She continued her education in Miami at Florida International University, earning two master’s degrees in both nutrition and in mass communications. In her first career, she worked with multiple large restaurant chains including Burger King, Boston Market, and Yum Brands Latin America. She was a frequent national level speaker as an expert in healthy menu development including sodium reduction, trans fat removal and calorie menu labeling.
After four decades in Miami, Stephanie moved to Palm Beach and then Stuart where she grew multiple small businesses. She believes in great generosity and serving your community which won her the Palm Beach North Chamber nominations for both Woman of the Year and Small Business of the Year in 2022. She serves as the Chair of the Advisory Council for Quantum House and is an avid volunteer for many local organizations. In August 2023, Stephanie was selected to participate in the prestigious Leadership Palm Beach County’s Engage program for their 2024 class. This year's Engage class is made up of motivated, informed and diverse professionals who were selected for their leadership and service within Palm Beach County and beyond. Stephanie and the other participants will embark on this amazing journey starting this September to May, and travel to all parts of the county as they explore program topics such as agriculture, public safety, and healthcare.
Stephanie’s love for Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast as well as her passion for real estate investment, drew her into a real estate career. She loves the unique proposition available to Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast residents where high-level business opportunities sit next to award winning beaches in paradise. Stephanie believes in working hard at all you do- and loving where you live while you do it. Her high energy “doesn't stop” work ethic is why she is successful. She understands the needs of all stages of life from those entering retirement, to those having new babies, growing families, or just beginning their careers. Stephanie is constantly collaborating with others, which brings her connections in all walks of life.
In 2023, Stephanie joined the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, an award-winning, nationally recognized top-producing team known for finding homes for Jupiter’s professional athletes and their families. With her career background, incredible work-ethic, and local expertise as a Florida native, she fits right into the Meyer Lucas Group, providing high-quality experiences and treating every client like a VIP. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys hiking, championing small businesses, researching real estate, and volunteering for local organizations. During football season you will find her catching whatever college game she can but always rooting for FSU. Stephanie has two adult children and currently lives in Stuart with her husband of 27 years (who is, unfortunately, a Hurricane.)
