About Chris

Chris Orange was born and raised in a small town outside of Nashville. His story began as he grew up helping with his parents' convenience store and rental properties, building a family portfolio that included rentals, commercial spaces, and storage units. This upbringing instilled in Chris a love for real estate, not only as a career but as a means to achieve financial freedom.

Passionate about assisting others in their real estate journeys, Chris, raised by entrepreneurs, opted out of college and took on the challenging, respected job of working in the timber industry. This experience in the 4 am club and enduring 90+ hour weeks taught him that success is earned and does not come easy, especially in rural Tennessee.

Chris excelled in the timber industry, learning the high-end timber market, and expanding his reach to states such as TN, MO, KY, NC, and IN, buying timber and facilitating exports to Europe and Asia. When a trade war necessitated a career change, Chris transitioned into real estate, drawn to it by the deals, house flipping, and property acquisitions he observed growing up.

Within his first year in real estate, Chris found himself among the top 3 agents in his brokerage by volume, with the highest average transaction. In January 2022, his daughter was born during freezing weather, prompting a trip to the warmest place they could find: South Florida. Chris fell in love with the beauty, beaches, palm trees, energy, and diverse people.

Deciding to make South Florida home, Chris and his family landed in Palm Beach County. He was impressed by the Meyer Lucas team's fun, professional, and high-energy environment, In 2023 he joined the Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, a top-tier group renowned for its service to Jupiter's professional athletes. Chris is confident that his hard work ethic, drive to succeed, and passion for helping others will make him a valuable addition to the team.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys starting his mornings at the gym, spending evenings with his family, and any activities involving water. An avid traveler, he aims to pass on his love for exploration to his daughter, with one of his favorite destinations being the British Virgin Islands, traveling around on a catamaran.

Having been in South Florida for about a year, Chris loves every second of it. It's undeniably home for him, with its waterways, lakes, beaches, interesting people, manicured landscaping, great restaurants, parks, laid-back lifestyle, proximity to other countries, and, last but not least, the incredible weather.
