In preparation for our episode with you, please use the link below to fill out our guest questionnaire. Holly will use the information you submit to prepare for your episode and we will also build the promotional material, content, and details about your episode based on the information you submit. Basically, don’t include anything in the questionnaire below that you wouldn’t want on the open interwebs. :)

The podcast is meant to be conversational and relaxed but preparing a few answers to some key questions ahead of time can prevent you from feeling on the spot. Below is a cross section of questions that you can expect Holly to ask you, but be prepared to answer an array of questions related to your personal and professional background, real estate experience and anecdotes, leadership style, etc.

  1. How will the episode be recorded?
    Once we establish a time that works for both you and Holly, she will send you a calendar invite with a Google Meet link to join the recorded session.

  2. Will there be video, too, or just audio?
    Be prepared to be on video for the beginning of the recorded session and then we will disable video (and you can turn your camera off) when we get into the actual podcast recording. We will use screenshots from the video feed for some of our promotional material for your episode.

  3. How long will the recording take?
    Estimate a good hour for the whole process. The recording will likely be around 45 mins.

  4. Do I need a microphone?
    No, you don’t need a special microphone but we recommend using headphones during the recording so there is no feedback. Airpods or regular headphones with a mic jack work fine.

  5. Can I join the meeting session from my cell phone?
    We strongly prefer you connect to the Google Meet using your computer for the best quality sound.

  6. When will my episode be public?
    We are in the building phase for the podcast so your episode might not air for a few weeks. You will be kept closely in the loop for when the episode does air, though.

  7. Where can my podcast be found publicly?
    Your episode will appear wherever podcasts can be heard! Itunes, Spotify, Audible, etc. You can also embed the episode into your website if you’d like. We can show you how to do that.
