Jeff Coe's journey is a testament to his resilience, adaptability, and unwavering dedication to excellence. Born and raised in Sussex County, New Jersey, Jeff's professional path began at the age of 12 when he was hired at Small Empire, a local action sports retail store, by David Yun. Over seven years, Jeff absorbed invaluable lessons in pride, client service, and business management from David, setting a strong foundation for his future endeavors.
Jeff's ambition led him to the Rosen College of Hospitality at the University of Central Florida, where he launched his own lifestyle brand, Drunkmillionaire, from his college dorm. His knack for organizing captivating events quickly gained traction, leading him to host weekly nights at various Orlando nightlife spots. Recognizing the importance of client experience over mere events, Jeff shifted his focus, cultivating a loyal following through a familial atmosphere.
This client-first approach caught the attention of Live Nation in 2013, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Jeff. He traveled across the country, curating exclusive VIP experiences at major music venues and live events. By 2020, Jeff's journey took another turn as he became an Executive Assistant for a top client in the U.S., handling everything from daily scheduling to property acquisition. This role marked his foray into high-end real estate.
In 2022, feeling a pull towards his roots, Jeff returned to Los Angeles to join David Yun's real estate team, The Eighty8 Group. Under David's mentorship, he specialized in luxury residential homes and income properties, further refining his client-first philosophy. Tragically, in July 2023, a devastating auto accident claimed David's life, leaving Jeff with the responsibility of continuing the legacy his mentor had entrusted to him.
Guided by his "Faith First" principle and the strength from his family and friends in West Palm Beach, Jeff found his new professional home at the end of 2023 with The Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, an award-winning, nationally recognized top-producing team known for finding homes for Jupiter’s professional athletes and their families. Upon meeting Holly and Hallie, he felt an immediate connection and knew this team was where he belonged. Welcomed with open arms, he was drawn to the familial atmosphere and white-glove treatment, aligning perfectly with his personal and professional values.

He’s into snowboarding, free-diving, golfing, relaxing on the beach and preparing feasts/hosting gatherings for friends and family. He also enjoys visiting David's kids in LA as much as he can. Coe says, “they're my brothers.”
He loves our area because After the life he’s lived, He’s mentally retiring here until he financially can. It's laid back, with endless beach days and warm souls. Pure paradise to him!
