Did you hear that baseball is coming back in the U.S. for a shortened season starting this summer?!
We are SUPER excited for all of the baseball players and families out there who have been waiting for this moment! Many of the details are still being worked out, but it is said that in this upcoming shortened season, teams will play 60 games instead of the normal 162-game season.
Back in March, spring training was halted to to the pandemic — just two weeks before opening day — and since then, there hasn’t been much news on when the beloved American sport would make its comeback.
This new season requires MLB players to report for training on July 1st, and the regular reason will start in late July around July 23rd.
Now that Major League Baseball and its Players Association have reached an agreement, it’s time for the players and their families to pick up their lives and move in the next 7 days!!
