The Lemonhead Of The Year is our team's spirit animal and if that doesn’t describe Jennie Greever, we aren’t sure what will! Jennie constantly goes above and beyond for our clients and our team. She is the first to volunteer her help for open houses and mundane office tasks. She’s the last to leave every event because she refuses to leave before everything had been cleaned up.
She has a positive, can-do attitude and bleeds lemon pride. She is creative and puts her full heart into everything she does! You may have even seen her in a grinch costume delivering holiday gifts to everyone in the tribe! There is so much hard work Jennie puts in behind the scenes, and she does it in the name of the greater good and not for the glory! Jennie is without a shadow of a doubt the real MVP and the heart of our team's core values.

The Lemonshark of the Year can write a book with their knowledge of the local housing inventory and Harm proved that this year! He has a nose for a deal and a closer's mindset. He made cold calls, hunting down listings, and followed-up like a BOSS.
He knows all the local neighborhoods backward and forward, monitored the new home inventory, and can list all the area's condo buildings off the top of his head. He won multiple deals in multiple offer situations for our buyers, and slayed listings for top dollar for our sellers. He showcased the tenacity of a shark with the tact of a lemonhead.

Our Rookie of the Year is a new agent /new to the team, who has leaned fully into their career in real estate and has given it a full freakin' send. This was Taylor’s first year in real estate and she showcased every quality you would want in an agent! She’s humble, hungry, and proudly acknowledged that she did not know everything, and even better, was willing to ask for help from anyone who would listen!
She attended every team training with bells on, took careful notes, and when Holly's mouth was moving, she absorbed every word. She courageously asked for help, accepted coaching, and showed over and over again that deep desire to learn. Our Rookie of the Year is awarded to the agent who, despite being new, came to slay, plays for keeps, and has a tremendous future ahead of them with the Meyer Lucas Team, and this year that was Taylor!
