How To Carve A Pineapple-O-Lantern 🍍
1. Cut off the stem of a pineapple straight across the top, saving enough of the stem for a lid of your pineapple-o-lantern
2. Use a pineapple corer to hollow the pineapple or use a knife. This part is tricky so you have to be a little careful not to cut yourself. Click here to see our favorite pineapple corer.
3. Carve a jack-o'-lantern face or whatever design you want in the pineapple, same as you would a pumpkin! Since pineapples tend to be very sticky, drawing out a design with a marker may not work well, so you will have to either freehand your design or use a stencil.
4. Place an LED tea light or a candle (very carefully!) on the inside where the pit was removed.
5. Enjoy looking at your carved Pineapple o’ Lantern masterpiece and be the envy of your neighborhood.
