About Colin
A graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz with a business degree, Colin Owensby was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. As a teenager, he vowed to live every day with gratitude, and to inspire everyone to be the best version of themselves. He made this vow because he was in a nearly fatal car accident, and was told that he may never walk again. A true testament to mindset, as a hyper competitive athlete, "not walking" wasn't an option for him. Within 8 months he was competing again. He went on to compete as an NCAA swimmer, became an Ironman Triathlete, was featured in Film, TV, global commercials, performed as a stunt + photo double for Ashton Kutcher, and walked in some of the most prestigious fashion shows around the world.
Colin purchased his first investment property in 2016 and has since bought and run several income producing properties. He’s passionate about the real estate and financial industries and decided to become a real estate agent to pursue it as a full time career. He loves the opportunity that real estate provides for people. It's not only an asset that appreciates over time and can provide financial stability and wealth for people, but that residential real estate can also provide a sense of "home" for individuals and families for generations.
He has a unique perspective as a real estate agent, having bought and sold investment properties of his own throughout multiple states.He has a vast understanding of the real estate and financial markets, buying and selling homes as either a primary residence or as investment properties. He approaches every situation with the goal of adding value to those that he interacts with. It's ingrained in his nature to think outside of the box to problem solve.

When he’s not selling real estate, Colin and his wife, Sam Neider are both very active, outdoorsy, people. They love to surf, paddle, snorkel, and travel to places with mountains to hike, ski, and explore. He also loves training for and competing in triathlons and endurance events around the country.
His favorite part about South Florida is that the beaches are stunning. The community is perfect for a young family because the schools are great and it feels so safe here. Jupiter is such a special place and he’s so excited to call it home.
