Summertime in Florida can only be described as perfect. Ask any Jupiter local and they will tell you how the warm tropical breezes kiss the coast line and the sunshine engulfs the atmosphere. It’s this time of year that waterfront homeowners embrace all the #JupLife vibes our quaint coastal town offers.
Our featured family home for Edition Five of the Real Homes of Jupiter is the perfect example of South Florida Waterfront living showcasing ALL THE #JUPLIFE VIBES.
Meet the Boshers
Matt and Brittany Bosher are the ultimate #couplegoals. Their fairytale story began in Jup’s very own, Jupiter High School. Being born and raised in Jupiter, many locals acknowledge this adorable couple as their life-long friends. They are outgoing, charismatic and pillars of the Jupiter community.
Their home is a true showcase of their native South Florida roots. Each rooms drips in simplistic elegance, keeping light and breezy coastal elements at the forefront of the aesthetic. The Bosher’s waterfront residence is nothing short of breathtaking from the custom wine cellar to the scenic intracoastal backyard.
The adorable family of three splits their time between their two family homes in Jupiter and Atlanta. When they are back in #SoFlo they can be seen boating up and down the Jupiter Intracoastal ways living their best #JupLife. The most exciting news for the Bosher family came late in 2018 when they found out that they would be welcoming Baby Bosher #2 this year!
The Bosher’s are the epitome of an all American family. One conversation with Brittany will leave you feeling like you’ve been life long friends. Brittany is not only a stay-at-home mom to her son Mac but she is also a seriously talented artist. Her artwork is a beautiful display of her love for the ocean. It’s hard to believe that her pieces of work are just a hobby of hers she does when she has a free moment between being a mother and traveling the world.
Her husband, Matt, is also seriously talented but in a different realm. He is the star punter for the Atlanta Falcons. In his spare time, Matt enjoys working on classic cars he has collected. When he’s not out on the field pinning teams within 20 yards of the end zone, he can be found working in his garage teaching his son all there is to know about cars.

The Bosher’s customized every aspect of their home to be perfect for their family’s lifestyle. These nuanced customizations can be seen around every corner. One bespoke element of the home that has serious WOW factor is the floor to ceiling glass photograph of a whale shark, by highly acclaimed local photographer, Christopher Leidy. Not only is the photography itself breathtaking but it also doubles as a door to Matt’s den.

“Our favorite space in our home is the great room. This was one of must haves when building. We steered away from a more formal layout to ensure from the moment you entered our home it felt opening and welcome.”

The open floor plan and amazing great room isn’t the only thing that catches your eye upon entering the Bosher home. Your eyes are instantly drawn to the amazing custom wine cellar situated under the home’s staircase. The use of Chicago brick creates an undeniable charm and authenticity to the space that any oenophile would approve of. It was an easy decision for Brittany and Matt to shy away from the traditional linen closet under the stairs to making a more functional space for their lifestyle.

“Our most cherished piece of furniture is our antique table. It is a petrified teak root from Indonesia. We bought it for our first home together. So it’s sentimental and beautiful.” — Brittany Bosher
To say we are obsessed with Brittany’s dining table would be an UNDERSTATEMENT. Not only is this piece beautiful but teak tables are trending SERIOUSLY hard right now. We can’t get enough of that natural wood look.
